Cobot installation process: experience of a distributor.
Because of our smart software, the cobot solutions of Smart Robotics do not require any application dependent programming or teach-in. They are quickly up-and-running with a new installation or product change.Recently, a Smart Palletizer with Vacuum Gripper and Smart Formation Unit has been installed at a new customer in northern Italy. Throughout the sales and installation process, we have cooperated intensively with our local distributor Guarnerio & Mantelli. They were closely involved with the installation process and have experienced the cooperation and installation process as quick, easy and flexible. The installation was Smart, Safe & Simple:
“We have experienced cooperation with Smart Robotics as very positive. Their Business Manager and Service Engineer have shown professionality during the project and never missed a chance to give the customer the needed support. I want to underline the extreme availability of the Service Engineer who installed at location in Italy and who was always at the forefront to provide clarifications and support, even after installation.
The cobot installation lasted one day. A new installation will take place in Italy in a few weeks, and together with Smart Robotics, everything has been planned in order to complete installation in less than half a day.
