At Smart Robotics, we serve various markets with our intelligent robot solutions, including the Pharma industry. We are proud to say that Bayer, a world-renowned pharmaceuticals and life sciences company, is one of our customers. We have recently installed a Smart Palletizer at Bayer in Grenzach, Germany. Tizian Wagner, Operational Excellence Manager, elaborates on his experience with Smart Robotics:
„We at Bayer were in search of a cobot integrated palletizing system. For us, the relevant certificates and safety were of great importance. Even though we did not yet have any experience with cobot systems, we were convinced of the quality of Smart Robotics’ Smart Palletizer. Smart Robotics was able to immediately offer us the right solution that has met all expectations. Moreover, the short delivery and installation time were a huge advantage for us, as our production must always run at its best.
At the beginning, our line operators were not entirely convinced of a cobot system, because it is a new technology that was quite unfamiliar to us. However, because the Smart Palletizer is very user-friendly, the employees on the floor were able to work with the system quickly and it has now become one of the more popular ‘colleagues’.
