At Smart Robotics, we serve various markets with our intelligent robot solutions, including the Pharma industry. We are proud to say that Bayer, a world-renowned pharmaceuticals and life sciences company, is one of our customers. We have recently installed a Smart Palletizer at Bayer in Grenzach, Germany. Tizian Wagner, Operational Excellence Manager, elaborates on his experience with Smart Robotics:
« We at Bayer were in search of a cobot integrated palletizing system. For us, the relevant certificates and safety were of great importance. Even though we did not yet have any experience with cobot systems, we were convinced of the quality of Smart Robotics’ Smart Palletizer. Smart Robotics was able to immediately offer us the right solution that has met all expectations. Moreover, the short delivery and installation time were a huge advantage for us, as our production must always run at its best.
At the beginning, our line operators were not entirely convinced of a cobot system, because it is a new technology that was quite unfamiliar to us. However, because the Smart Palletizer is very user-friendly, the employees on the floor were able to work with the system quickly and it has now become one of the more popular ‘colleagues’.
Furthermore, we were very pleased with the price/value/quality ratio of Smart Robotics, due to the fast implementation, good price conditions and high functionality. It is therefore no surprise that I would recommend Smart Robotics to our partners. During the entire project there was clear communication, which ensured a pleasant cooperation with Smart Robotics. The Smart Palletizer that was delivered is of high quality and made us even more flexible in our production process.
