Channel Manager

Smart Robotics is growing rapidly and we want to give our Sales department a tremendous boost. To help accelerate this growth we are hiring a Channel/Partner Manager.

In this exciting role, you will develop, service and grow partner relationships that assist in selling our one-of-a-kind robotic automation solutions to the top global FMCG companies and e-commerce platforms. You will become part of a unique, innovative and dynamic business environment. Who we need is a go-getter who dares to be challenged. Max Calis – Account Manager

Additional tasks within this role:

  • Identifying and connecting with top-tier partners and vendor suppliers; both on a national and international scale;
  • Establishing and managing relationships with channel managers and partners;
  • Being responsible for building a joint business with each individual partner;
  • Overseeing and managing marketing; promotional campaigns, on- and offline marketing activities generating more revenue;
  • Participate in setting up and hitting targets;
  • Monitoring and operational sales results based on KPI’s;
  • Report daily activities into Hubspot; and using your date for market analysis;
  • Developing and executing training for the Sales team and partners;
  • Being the business representative at trade shows and events;
  • Direct GTM plans for high-end routing business, including campaigns for direct sales and channels, to improve brand perception;
  • Attention to develop financial plans, expenditures and budgets;
  • Gathering and pro-actively following up on feedback from customers, partners, and peers in order to maintain optimal performance and productivity.

Who are we looking for?

  • 7+ years of enterprise sales experience with direct partnerships, business development, or consultant role in an international environment;
  • Completed Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in a relevant direction like Business studies/ Business Administration/ Commerce/ Economics;
  • Self-starter and fast learner with loads of energy who easily adapts to an ever-changing environment;
  • Excellent negotiating, analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Not shying away from setting ambitious targets; always in for the win;
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to level with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Fluent in English, other languages are a plus;
  • Proficient with CRM;
  • Ability to influence both technical and executive audiences;
  • Ability to build long term business relationships;
  • Ability to respond to detailed requests (tenders/proposals) in a comprehensive, thoughtful and compelling manner;
  • Driving licence;
  • Ability to travel.
