Max Calis – Account Manager

Additional tasks within this role:

  • In this independent role, you will be the first person to reach out to our customers, mainly via phone and potentially via LinkedIn, other social platforms and through networking. You will be of great importance to us;
  • In close collaboration with our Online Marketer you will work on marketing driven campaigns on multiple channels and in multiple phases of the customer journey to qualify and drive leads forward;
  • You will follow up on inbound marketing qualified leads with the aim of generating a sales pipeline;
  • You will collect and understand the needs of the business by asking the right questions and by careful listening;
  • You will nurture leads by maintaining contact, establishing relationships and keeping us in the picture with your enthusiasm and approach;
  • You will keep track of your targets. Based on the pipeline growth you know exactly which activities are required to generate new revenue.

Who are we looking for?

  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience in a similar role;
  • Bachelor degree in the direction of Commerce, Sales, Marketing, International Business;
  • You are not afraid to pick up the phone and start a conversation;
  • You are an effective communicator and attentive listener;
  • You are organized, punctual and you work efficiently;
  • You are eager to work with targets and you have a winning mentality;
  • You are a team player, yet feel comfortable working on your own;
  • You are a bridgebuilder as you are the linking pin between Marketing and Sales;
  • You are a self-starter who is able to identify what is needed to make this new role your own;
  • You have an excellent written and spoken command of English; Dutch and additional languages are a plus;
